Representation built around the player.

BMF serves as an advocate, advisor, and point of contact throughout the course of a player’s career.

That includes communication with clubs and organizations, evaluating opportunities, helping manage career decisions, and making sure the player’s interests remain at the center of every conversation.

A contract is about more than salary.

BMF evaluates and negotiates the full scope of an agreement, including compensation, term, bonuses, housing, travel, equipment provisions, release language, options, and other terms that can materially affect a player’s experience and career.

The goal is simple: help the player understand the deal, protect their interests, and secure terms that make sense for their situation.

The right opportunity can change the direction of a career.

BMF works with players to evaluate leagues, clubs, roles, development environments, and long-term pathways. We help players assess not just where they can play next, but where they can put themselves in the best position to succeed.

Hockey careers increasingly cross borders.

BMF has practical experience with international player movement, overseas opportunities, relocation considerations, transfer processes, and visa eligibility.

Where specialized legal or immigration work is required, BMF can help coordinate with qualified professionals while continuing to manage the hockey and career side of the process.

A player’s value can extend beyond the ice.

BMF can assist with sponsorships, endorsements, appearances, NIL opportunities where applicable, and other commercial relationships that support a player’s brand and career.
